Please Note
- OfficeSpace-For-Rent.com is purely an office space listing directory. Only office space related web sites will be accepted.
- Submissions are currently free.
- All the Low quality, “under construction”, “one page” web sites will be Rejected.
- Submissions that contain fields in all UPPER CASE or all in lower case will be Rejected.
Once published, listings can be permanently removed at the request of the web site owner.
Selecting A Category and SEO
Your submission options are as follows:
- Choose the single most relevant category and location. Or…
- Submit to a specific category and location and then go through the submission process again for an additional category or location. Or…
- Instead of selecting a specific targeted category e.g. ‘Serviced Offices’, select ‘Flexible Office Space’ as a more general category and in the ‘Lease Options’ text field of the submission form, list all the types of office space you provide. This is fine though not as effective as highly targeted and optimised individual pages.
If your business offers office space in more than one category, for example: Serviced Offices and Virtual Offices, or more than one location, we don’t allow submissions under multiple categories in a single submission. The reason we avoid this submission format is that we are keen to do everything thing we can to give your listing a high search engine presence and it avoids duplicate page content throughout the different categories of the site – which the search engines hate. Also, having individual pages for your various areas of business is better from an SEO viewpoint as the page can be optimised with relevant text, a different keyword link, targeted page title and description etc. If you have a film specifically aimed at your ‘Serviced Offices’ then that will be more effective when listed under that category. Whilst the extra submission is a slight pain – it’s all very good news for SEO and ultimately your business. The same applies to locations – if you have office space in more than one location you can submit separately to the locations of your choice, or one general location.
Submission Tip
Don’t forget to mention all the important aspects of your office space for rent. The size, facilities, special features, transport links, car parking etc. should all be mentioned in your descriptive text.
OfficeSpace-For-Rent.com reserve the right to edit, delete or move your website submission to the proper category whenever necessary.
Adding Video To your Listing
If you have a film of your office space either currently on YouTube or any other Social Video Site, as long as you have access to the embed code (which YouTube make freely available), you’ll be able to add this code to the HTML description box. The video will then display with your listing for additional, valuable realism and detail. See adding office space video to your listing. Editing your Listing
You can edit any part of your listing at any stage after submission from your ‘My Listings’ personal admin area.
