1. What Is OfficeSpace-For-Rent.com?
Office Space For Rent is a new independent directory of UK office space and UK office space providers. Our prime objective is to provide a collection of searchable options for any company wishing to rent office space, with details of the office space and its facilities and in many cases a video, showcasing the office space and its local amenities. The clearly visible links present with all listings make visiting the websites and contacting the listed companies simple for tenants searching for offices to rent.
2. I’m An Office Space Provider – What Will It Cost?
As we are a new website, currently all office listings are Free. At some stage in the future we may consider charging for listings. Of course there are no commissions or finders fees involved as we are not dealing with enquiries from your potential tenants – we are simply raising your online presence and providing the means for your website to be visited and for you to be contacted.
3. I’m Looking For Office Space To Rent – What Will It Cost?
Of course our service is free for you. We are simply bringing together the numerous UK office providers and their office space to help you decide who you would like to make an enquiry with. You will need to contact the office providers for details of their rental costs.
4. Will You Link To My Website?
Yes, there will be 3 links pointing from your listing page to your website. One of those links will have your designated keyword as anchor text which is good for your website’s SEO. This link is also a ‘follow link’ which means search engine spiders can follow this link to your site – which can also help to give your site an SEO a boost.
5. I Have A Video Of Our Office Space, Can I Include It In My Listing?
Absolutely. We encourage you to do so as video is a great tool for making your office space stand out from the crowd. We also have a dedicated area for showing those listings that include video (additional Free exposure). See more on adding office space video here.
6. Can I Submit Office Space To More Than One Category?
Yes you can – but not on one submission form. If you select multiple categories in one submission, your listing would be identical under the various categories, creating non-targeted duplicate content which the search engines loathe! 7. Can I Edit My Listing Once Submitted?
Yes, this is very easy from within your ‘My Listings’ section in the admin area. Once listed you’ll have access to own personal admin section, allowing listing edits and password updates etc.
8. I am an office space broker with offices throughout the UK, which location shall I list for?
This is completely up to you. You may choose just one general listing, in which case you may choose the location of your head office, or you may want to boost certain UK locations with a listing and a valuable inbound link to your website for that location. You can of course submit more than one listing to boost multiple locations, all with relevant keyword based links to your website.
9. I am an office space broker with various office types, which office type category shall I list for?
Again, this is completely up to you. You may choose just one general listing in which case select ‘Flexible Office Space’. You can then list your lease options in the ‘Lease Options’ section of the submission form. On the other hand you may choose to list separately or boost a particular option such as ‘Virtual Offices’.
